Who said that bridal or wedding related photography was boring, clearly doesn’t know Pureza Mello Breyner Atelier! That's where you’ll find talented people who think out of the box and are actually willing to go from words to action.

And wether we like it or not, truth is, most Portuguese people are still very conservative. So, when Pureza Mello Breyner told me she wanted something different for her brand, we immediately started brainstorming and a lot of interesting ideas came up, none of which related to the typical bridal images you usually see for this type of brand… but as it happens with anything else in life, a good idea is only worthy if you make it happen.

And that’s what she did! She organised everything around what she imagined the final images could be and you can see the result bellow. Needless to say, I loved doing this shoot :)

Quem disse que fotografias relacionadas com a temática dos casamentos é aborrecida, claramente que não conhece a Pureza Mello Breyner Atelier! É lá que vão encontrar pessoas talentosas, que "pensam fora da caixa" e que de facto passam das palavras à acção.

Quer se goste ou não, a verdade é que Portugal ainda é um país muito conservador. Por isso, quando a Pureza Mello Breyner me disse que queria algo de diferente para a marca dela, começámos de imediato um brainstorming que deu origem a muitas ideias, nenhuma das quais relacionadas com as habituais imagens de noivas... mas como se costuma dizer, uma ideia só é boa se for posta em prática.

E foi isso que ela fez. Partindo das ideias discutidas, organizou o necessário para colocar em fotografia aquilo que tinha imaginado e o resultado, é o que pode ver em cima. Nem é preciso dizer o quanto gostei de fazer esta sessão :)
